Crystaljet Solvent Printer 1000 series (with Seiko SPT printhead)
The crystaljet solvent printer series users the Seiko SPT print head, which has received many industry accolades. Its multi-nozzle design makes print head adjustment easier and ensures high precision and print speed. The print head's automatic voltage regulation function reduces the chance off head nozzle blockage and prolongs the print head. Bridge steel girder frame, robust lightweight aluminum body, user-friendly structural design and strong software development background are propelling the new generation of Crystaljet solvent printers to the forefront of the industry. 1. Each printhead has 255 nozzle. The width of head is 35.9mm, and nozzle are proteacted by a Stainless Steel plate, reducting the possibility of scratching printhead. 2.4 color and 6 color, printing available, 12pl drop size, resolution can be up to 720dpi and 1440dpi. Can print on many kind of indoor media such as PP sticker, high glass photo paper, blacklit film, ect. 3. SPT 255 can be used on solvent and eco-solvent ink. 4. Auto negative flush, indoor printer equipment, easier operatiion and maintance. 5. Waste ink recycle device, much lower printing cost.
